So, how to eat? For the first breakfast it is necessary to limit to two hard-boiled eggs, or 50 grams of low-fat meat. As a bonus, you can add a slice of black bread, which is smeared with a thin layer of butter, drink it with green tea or with ordinary boiled warm water. The second breakfast consists only of water or tea, nothing else can be consumed.

Such a diet for the models allows for lunch to spoil yourself with 300 grams of salad from ordinary beans, green peas and spinach, seasoned with lemon juice, 100 grams of fish of low-fat varieties or meat. For dessert - a little fruit, they should be unsweetened. We wash down with what? That's right, water or tea without sugar. On a mid-afternoon snack - only a liquid, as well as for the second breakfast. Last time a day you need to eat no later than seven in the evening. The dish is as follows: two slices of black bread, a maximum of 300 grams of green vegetables (always fresh) plus tea / water.
