Salad with beef and mushrooms

Beef and carrots must be cut into strips. Add the beans to them and fry them in a frying pan without oil (!), Necessarily covering it with a lid. Then add the chili, chopped garlic, then wine and tomatoes. Stew until the wine evaporates, then add the soy sauce and again a little stew (the sauce should also partially evaporate). In the salad bowl, it is necessary to lay beautifully the leaves of the lettuce, put meat and vegetables on them and decorate with sesame. Salad ready!

Salad with beef and grapefruit

For its preparation, you will need 400 grams of beef, boiled beans, as much as a string bean, 1 onion, 2 grapefruits and 1 bunch of salad. Also it will be necessary to prepare the seasoning for this salad, it consists of 2 table. L. Vinegar (apple or wine is not important), 4 table. L. Oil, sugar, pepper and salt.

Meat should be cut into cubes, grapefruit divided into slices, cut onions into thin rings, and beans into pieces of 3 cm length. Mix the ingredients and season with the seasonings from the products listed above. Let the salad brew for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Spicy salad with beef and noodles

For its preparation, you need about 150 grams of instant noodles as much beef fillet, 1 hot pepper, about 50 grams of roasted peanuts, a bunch of cilantro, several green onions, 2 tables. L. Soy sauce and vegetable oil.
