So, let's start preparing the smetana in the multivariate. Sift flour and baking powder through a sieve. Add a pinch of salt. Mix egg whiskers, preferably, they should be chilled. Gradually enter the sugar. Add the flour and sour cream to the resulting mass. Dough well knead. Divide it into 2 parts. Add in one of them twenty grams of cocoa and stir it all together again, so that the mass becomes homogeneous. If you like poppy and raisins, safely put them in the dough. In principle, you can use any dried fruit, they will only improve the taste of baking. One part of the test is poured into the multivark form and cook for about an hour in the "Baking" mode. If the cake is not quite ready, turn on "Heated" for 10 minutes. When the sour cream in the multivark is baked, the appliance will give the appropriate signal.
