But it is better that they give off less juice. Donuts can be made of jelly, chocolate and pistachio ganache (chocolate creamy cream), milk or white chocolate.

How to Make Fresh Cream

Two cups of cream of maximum fat content, heat and, after pouring into a clean jar, mix with two spoons of fresh yogurt. After cooling, cover with a lid and stand for 24 hours at room temperature. Stir and place in the refrigerator.

Cake baking

6 eggs beat with a glass of sugar for ten minutes, add a piece of softened butter (four hundred grams) and a glass of fresh cream. Sift into this mixture flour (3 cups) and 1 glass of starch with a baking powder.

Mix with a spatula. Be prepared for the dough to be very thick. Bake it on two baking trays (preferably if you give the cake a rectangular shape) for twenty-five minutes. For cream, cut finely 1/2 kg of fresh strawberries (do not grate, otherwise the abundance of juice will ruin the cake), mix with the same amount of mascarpone and a glass of powdered sugar. Be careful not to crush bits of berries. Stir a glass of fresh cream.

Building a cake

Spread the cakes in such a way that there are still 100 grams of cream. Put the cake and leftovers in the refrigerator. In the morning, make the sides of the cream on the upper cortex. From the scraps of the dough form donuts ("donuts"), cover them with chocolate. You can specially bake a few doughbags from a dough for bagels. It is better to make them colorful. In the cream, dyes can also be added in advance. For example, a pink birthday cake for a girl will look very good. Ganache for decoration is made of chocolate, cream, pistachio paste and butter (with the addition of gelatin for the preservation of form).
