Chicken with vegetables stewed in a pot - you lick your fingers!

Dishes, which include chicken meat, are gaining popularity. They do not cost too much and are great for those who watch their weight and for those who just like to eat tasty and satisfying. A fried or boiled chicken quickly gets bored, and then time comes for something new. Such a novelty in the usual everyday menu can make a chicken with vegetables, stewed in pots. I present to your attention several such recipes.

We need: chicken (you can take a few legs), 6-7 potatoes of medium size, small bulbs (3 pcs.), Carrots (2 pcs.), One squash (150-200 gr.), Cabbage (150-200 gr .), A couple of spoons of sour cream, a few cloves of garlic, pepper and salt. Chicken with vegetables in the pot will get more flavorful and juicy, if instead of the usual lid use a test. For covering pots, 250-300 gr is needed. Yeast dough and one yolk to grease it from above.

Preparation. Chicken or ham is washed, dried with a napkin or waffle towel, cut into small pieces. Fry them in a frying pan with vegetable oil until half cooked. Cut the onion and lightly fry, add to it grated carrot on a large grater. We brush and cut into small cubes potatoes. Shinkle the cabbage. Mine and cut into cubes of courgettes, if the skin on them is already coarsened, then we clean them from the peel.

In the pot, the ingredients are laid out in layers: cubes of potatoes, a little chicken, overcooked onions and carrots, cabbage, podsalivaem, a little more chicken, we put zucchini on top and a little more salt. To chicken with vegetables, stewed in a pot turned out juicier, we make gravy. To do this, separately mix sour cream and broth, obtained from the frying of chicken and vegetables. Pour a little of this mixture into each pot. From above, just a little bit, put the garlic through garlic.

Take the dough, roll it into circles of the same diameter as the pots. The edges of the pot are slightly oiled and covered with a dough. Top with a yellow cake. We put the pots in a preheated oven, bake at a temperature of 200 degrees. Chicken with vegetables, stewed according to this recipe, will be ready in 40-45 minutes.

Very tasty and hearty dish, which does not require additional side dishes. Similar to pilaf with chicken, only in a pot.

We need: chicken (you can take chicken fillet or chicken leg separately). Rice (350-400 gr.), Onions (1-2 pcs.), Two tomatoes, several cloves of garlic. Spices: turmeric, multi-colored ground pepper, hops-suneli, salt. If desired, you can take champignons (200 gr.).

Preparation. If you took a chicken fillet, it should be pre-marinated, otherwise it may turn out to be dryish. To do this, cut the fillets into small pieces, add salt, pepper, a few spoons of soy sauce and lemon juice, cut thin onions rings and crushed clove of garlic. Stir and leave for several hours to marinate. After the fillet is marinated, fry it, as written below.

If you have a whole chicken or ham, then you can not pre-marinate them. Rinse, peel and, if desired, bones, cut into small pieces. Fry in vegetable with the addition of butter. The meat should whiten and lightly brown. Then we shift it into pots.

Clean and chop the onions, rinse and cut into thin slices mushrooms, fry the onion and mushrooms in the frying pan where the chicken was browned. We bring it to half-ready and send it to the pot, where the chicken is already lying. From above put the diced tomatoes.

Thoroughly rinse under running water rice, put it in pots, leaving a little space on top, and level with a spoon. Sprinkle with spices and salt. Fill with broth or water so as to completely cover the surface of rice. Cover the pots with lids and send them to the oven. Preparation of a dish at 180 degrees will take about an hour.
