  • Eggs - 3 pieces;
  • Vegetable oil refined - 0,75 glasses;
  • Sugar - 1 glass;
  • Vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • Baking powder - 1,5 tsp.
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp;
  • Soda - 1/2 teaspoon;
  • Sour cream or thick yogurt - 1.5 cups;
  • Blueberries - 1,5 glasses;
  • Flour - 3 cups;
  • Peel of one lime.

Preparation

This amount of test is enough for 1 large cupcake or 24 serving.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt until lush. Do not stop whipping, pour in the oil. In a separate cup sift flour, soda and baking powder. Alternately, add sour cream / yogurt and flour to the egg mixture, mixing each time. In the dough, carefully add the berries.

Put the dough in a mold (preferably with a hole in the middle - it will be better baked) or in small portioned molds, filling the volume by 2/3. Bake for a third of an hour, allow to cool completely and serve.

  • Flour of rice - 0.3 stack;
  • Vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • Salt - 0.5 teaspoon without a slide;
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon;

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. This simple recipe for a cake with blueberries is based on the principle of making muffins. So, mix in one bowl all kinds of flour, salt and baking powder. Put it aside. In another container, put yogurt, sweetener, juice, puree, eggs, vanillin. Stir until homogeneous. Align the contents of both bowls. Weight will be obtained by consistency as sour cream.

Gently stir in the resulting dough of blueberries (2/3) and spread them over the molds, filling them with 2/3. On top of the dough, put the remaining blueberries and bake until the sample on a dry toothpick. Cupcakes can be used both warm and cold.
