All these methods are quite simple, but they require a lot of time (up to an hour). It turns out that there is a recipe for this dish in the accelerated version. This is corn in the microwave. How to Boil Corn in a Microwave

There are several recipes for using this device. The simplest is that the corn in the microwave is boiled directly in the cob without pre-cleaning and spices. That is, they lay out just on a glass dish, turn on the device for maximum power and set the timer. The calculated cooking time of 1 cob is from 1.5 to 2 minutes, depending on the capabilities of the microwave oven. If its maximum power is 1 kW, then it will be 1.5 minutes, if 600 W - twice as much.

Ready corn should be covered with paper towels and leave for 5-7 minutes, so that it is slightly cooled. After that, it can be easily cleaned and it can be served on the table, slightly podlivy and lubricated with butter. It is in this version that the dish is perfect for children who will clean the cobs with pleasure. It is necessary only to make sure that they are not too hot.

If the cobs have already been peeled, then during the preparation they will become dry and tasteless, so they should be additionally moistened. This can be done in several ways. The first option is to wrap each in a wet paper towel. The second - put them in a container (it should be suitable for microwave ovens), pour water and then send it to cook. In this case, however, the cooking time will increase by about half. And the third, the most optimal way - put the cobs in a special bag for baking (or even regular polyethylene). In the latter case, the corn in the microwave does not dry up due to the fact that the moisture will not evaporate, but remain inside. In this case, it can be pre-rubbed with salt and spices (dried basil, oregano or simply dill).

This recipe is ideal for those who are tired of gnawing boiled cobs, but you want something unusual. Of course, corn in the microwave cooks much faster, but in the oven it will be both tastier and smoother.

On 4 cob will need the following products: salt, a bunch of parsley, 4 cloves of garlic, a mixture of peppers a little vegetable oil. Also should be stocked with foil for baking. First clean and grind garlic. Parsley is washed and chopped, then they are mixed, salt is added with pepper and a little oil. The resulting mass is carefully lubricated with cleaned cobs, each densely wrapped in foil and sent to the oven. Baked maize for about half an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees. It is advisable to turn it several times in the process, so that there are no burnt grains. Give the ears unfolded and necessarily hot. It turns out incredibly fragrant and very tasty.
