Manufacturing enterprise "Engineering" exists since 1992, its founder is the Institute of Special Machinery. PP "Technika" is a full-cycle enterprise engaged in the development and production of special equipment and armored vehicles. All products are tested for bullet resistance in the testing center of the State Institution "Special equipment and communications" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and receives certificates issued by the body for certification of armored protection and special equipment, Approval of the vehicle type of the State Standard of Russia.

Among our customers are the Ministry of Finance (GOKHRAN), the Ministry of Communications (Special Communications of Russia), the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Russian Association for Encashment of the Central Bank of Russia, the Federal Service of Russia, the Ministry of Atomic Energy, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, RAO Gazprom, as well as Inkahran, Republic of Belarus, a number of CIS countries and more than two hundred commercial organizations of Russia.

Cooperation with manufacturers

The volume of our production is 40-50 special vehicles of various types per month. For the production of special vehicles chassis of domestic production (KAMAZ, Ural, ZIL, GAZ, UAZ, VAZ) and imported (Mercedes, Volkswagen, General Motors, Ford, Volvo, Peugeot, Land Rover and others) are used. With all manufacturers of basic vehicles, the Basic Chassis Acceptance Protocol or the Purchase Application Approval Protocol has been signed. The company has agreements with OAO GAZ, General Motors, Ford, Volkswagen, Volvo-Vostok, allowing booking and other refinements of their production vehicles while maintaining the warranty for the base car.

Since 1995 PP "Technika" produces armored vehicles on the chassis of Volkswagen, and since 2006 participates in joint projects with Volkswagen Group Rus. Within the framework of the joint project with ZAO Avto-Hansa, the official dealer of Volkswagen in Russia, the company was able to book a VW-Crafter 50 car.

Together with CJSC "Urartu-Motors" an armored car of the brand "Knight-Junker" was created and launched on the basis of VW Caddy. In the model line it is necessary to note also armored cars for VIP-persons on the chassis of the Chevrolet Ta hoe, Cadillac Escalade.

Terms of delivery of products depend on the availability of basic cars and can range from several days to six months. Directly on booking takes from one to two months (depending on the equipment).

When manufacturing special cars on the basis of imported chassis, the guarantee for the base car is fully preserved, it is supported by official dealers of manufacturing companies. Warranty and service maintenance of special vehicles manufactured on the chassis of domestic production is carried out in full by the service station of your enterprise. For the time of repair or maintenance of the customer's armored car, we can provide him with another armored car for rent. Based on the world experience, we introduced a new form of working with clients - a personal manager. He works as a client from the order to putting the armored car into service, answers all the questions that arise, informs about the progress of the order.

Scientific and production base

PP "Technika" has manufacturing facilities for the production of serial products in Moscow and the Moscow region, equipped with equipment for plasma cutting, manual and semi-automatic welding of armored steels in an inert gas environment, specialized equipment for car repair works. We use materials and components of only well-known manufacturers, while performing input control of all incoming products. Using world experience, designers and engineers of the enterprise also introduce their own original booking schemes that have passed the tests and received high ratings of the quality and reliability of armor protection. PP "Technika" makes armored cars according to the original scheme of a full capsule of hidden reservation, which ensures the maximum strength of the body and the security of passengers.

Scientific employees of the enterprise in cooperation with the State Institution "Specialized equipment and communications" of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation, Research Institute-21 of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the State Scientific Center of the Russian Federation FSUE "NAMI" and other scientific organizations carry out research in the field of increasing the bulletproofness of materials and structures, develop new technical solutions In the field of armor protection.
