The concrete hemisphere is mainly used to prevent the parking of vehicles in undesirable places. Thanks to its simple form, functionality and affordable price, the product is in demand. The hemisphere (nadolb) does not interfere with the movement of pedestrians. If necessary, it can bypass cyclists, but for an ordinary car such an element on the road becomes an insurmountable obstacle.

If every few years to update the colorful coating, the hemisphere can serve a long time without losing its properties and technological characteristics.

Forms for hemispheres of concrete

Parking limiters can be purchased from the manufacturer or manufactured independently in the required quantity. The technology of concrete products is not at all complicated and available to virtually anyone interested. It is enough to have a concrete mixer, to purchase material and a qualitative shape for the hemisphere.

It is usually made of high-strength plastic with a thickness of 2-3 mm. Spherical design makes the extraction of castings easy. The form can serve for a long time. At the request of the customer, manufacturers can produce fences of different sizes.

The greatest demand is for forms with a diameter of 50 cm and a height of 25 cm. The weight of such a hollow will be up to 80 kg. From concrete and sand, mixed in the required proportions and closed with water, a concrete solution is prepared. It is poured into a mold and is aged for at least 24 hours. After that, the concrete products are carefully removed and left for soaking and drying.

Forms for hemispheres with dimensions (diameter × height) are also used: 40 × 20 cm, 42 × 24 cm, 50 × 30 cm, and massive barrier constructions of 70 × 35 cm.
