Toilet bowl for today has been widely used in plumbing. The toilet bowl is a flexible plastic tap from the toilet bowl to the sewer pipe, through which all waste and stools are removed. This type of connection with the sewerage system is soft and hard, of various lengths (from 200 mm to 1200 mm), with and without petals, at different angles, with and without an adapter, with a chrome clamp, with a spout, with a gasket. Planting holes in corrugations come in different diameters. They also differ in the type of compaction. Corrugated bends can be unreinforced and reinforced. The latter inserts inside the armature, that is, a wire of small diameter. The corrugations are made of rubber and various types of plastic.

The design of this plastic connection is quite simple. At one end there is a hole that is sealed with internal membranes for better sealing and strength of the connection. This hole is put directly on the toilet outlet. On the other side of the corrugations there are sealing rings. Using the second end, it is mounted in the sewage.

Corrugations for the toilet are not in vain popular. The design of this type has a number of undeniable advantages. They are easily dressed and removed when replaced. Elasticity and flexibility of polypropylene, from which the corrugation is made, allows you to install the toilet in any convenient place in the toilet, regardless of the remoteness and location of the sewer pipe. Now it is not necessary to install the toilet immediately behind the sewer opening, and hence - behind the sewer pipe. That, you will agree, does not look very aesthetic, even if the pipe is covered with a panel or a decorative plug. Sewage outlet can be located on the side of the toilet. In this case, the construction of the corrugation is provided under a straight line or an angle of 45 °. With the help of this modern plastic tap, it is very easy to attach the toilet bowl to the sewage pipes made of both plastic and cast iron. For cast-iron risers, it is necessary to use the cuff for fitting.

If you characterize corrugations in value, then corrugations from Russian manufacturers are much cheaper than German, French and English. But the imported corrugated bends for the toilet are distinguished by the best quality and high performance characteristics, as well as a longer service life.

Installation

One of the many advantages of these devices is their design, which makes it easy to install. The toilet bowl is made of soft and elastic material, which easily stretches. Therefore, the end of the plastic connection to the outer sealing rings is inserted into the sewage pipe to the stop without any appreciable effort and tightly squeezes it. The second end is worn on top, about five centimeters, on the toilet outlet. Immediately place the joint should be greased with a sealant and cake the plex. Thus, the tightness of the connection is ensured, which prevents the possibility of the appearance of slots for permeating the moisture.

Of course, if the size and diameter of the corrugation are incorrectly chosen, a leak can appear. The entrance should be with a slight interference. If the corrugation for the toilet is too long, then from the fact that it will lie on the floor, deformation may occur, and the formation of cracks may not be ruled out in plastic. A short corrugation (as stretched) can break and give a leak.
