What do we need to make an appetizing dish? A delicious cod in batter will be if you prepare the following set of ingredients: half a kilo of cod fillets, one egg, a couple tablespoons of lean oil, half a lemon, two tablespoons of flour, pepper and salt.

We take: cod 500 g., Mushrooms 60 g., Potatoes boiled 3 pcs., Onion 80 g, dill bunch, corn flour 30 g., Baked butter 55 g., Butter cream 30 g., 2 eggs, cheese 50 g. , Sour cream 200 g, salt and pepper ground.
