Cherry pouring at home is prepared simply and without much expense

Making a drink, most importantly, do not be afraid to experiment, because there are many options. We use the simplest or most classic. In the dishes with a wide neck, cherries are laid and poured over with sugar. In the classical version, 5 tablespoons per liter of capacity. But we remind you that the amount of sugar depends on your taste. As for berries, they need to take so much that it was not up to the top, but about a third. Then all the contents are poured with alcohol (vodka or diluted alcohol). If you decide to add alcohol, then you only need to dilute it with clean, tap water. Then the container is tightly closed and placed for 2 months in a dark place. The contents should be shaken regularly. After two months, the liquid must be filtered, the berries removed, and the ready-made liquid should be poured over a suitable container. If the drink turned out to be quite strong, it can be diluted with cherry juice. The taste of this will not change, but the fortress will be less.

Cherry liqueur at home is also prepared for a slightly simplified prescription. Three-liter jar must be filled with two-thirds of berries and pour them with diluted alcohol (at the rate of one to three) to the neck. Next, the neck of the jar tie with gauze and put in storage for three months. When the time passes, the liquid that turned out, you need to drain, add the sugar to taste and add to the boil (do not boil!). Then cool and pour into prepared bottles. Pour cherry home ready.
