Laying 2-3 or more balls on a dish, they can be poured with condensed milk and / or melted black chocolate. Well, finally, let's talk about cooking cheese balls, which are a good addition to beer, may well be on the snack table or make a company of aperitifs. They are prepared from 200 gr of cheese, which must be grated finely, 2 egg whites and a small amount of flour. Start cooking: add a small amount of finely ground salt to the squirrels and beat the mixture until lush foamy. Proteins are then combined with cheese and form the balls, which are crumbled in flour and baked in preheated vegetable oil. When baking, cheese cakes grow in volume. Ruddy balls from a hot frying pan are transferred to paper towels, after which they are ready for use.
