Cheesecake with mascarpone

Using soft cheeses, you can cook a lot of delicious desserts, including cheesecake with mascarpone. The recipe often includes biscuits like "Jubilee" or "Gherten milk", but this is not necessary. Especially this dish will appeal to children.
