The following products are needed for cooking: 5 large potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 300 grams of processed cheese, 1 bay leaf, dill and parsley greens, 1 garlic head, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1.5 liters of filtered water, 2 Tablespoons olive oil for pasteurization, to taste salt.

Very tasty dish - cheese soup. The recipe for this soup is not anything complicated, it's all right. In the pot, pour the water, bring to a boil and lower there the necessary amount of processed cheese, then - again bring to a boil. Wash potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes, put in soup. Add as much as necessary salt.

In a frying pan, carrots along with onions toss on vegetable oil to a characteristic slightly golden color. Pour the soy sauce and then take it for 4 minutes. By that time the potatoes are already cooked in the soup. Ready passevku to fall asleep in a pan with a laurel leaf and cook for another 5 minutes. In order to make soup-puree from chickens, the recipe will be as follows: 500 grams of chicken fillet pour 3 liters of cold water, add spices and cook until ready (about 20 minutes after boiling). Then cut into slices. In the boiling broth, left from the fillet, pour rice and boil it in it for 10 minutes. While it is being cooked, grate the carrots and onion on a large grater. Peel the potatoes and fill them with broccoli and carrots. Cook for about 6 minutes and add meat. After softening the potatoes, reduce the heat. Throw the melted cheese and crush everything with a whisk until the mass is uniform. It remains only to remove from the fire and pour into deep bowls. Bon Appetit!
