Chicken soup: four interesting recipes

Prepare

In order to cook soup from chicken according to this recipe, peel the ginger in slices, then grind with garlic in a mortar. In a saucepan with broth, put the resulting mixture, add to it sauce soy, chicken, lemon juice, chili, one hundred grams of water. On medium heat bring to a boil, reduce the flame and so cook for ten to fifteen minutes until the chicken is ready. Then take out the meat, large pieces of ginger and garlic, put the spinach and so cook another one or two minutes.

Now mix the onion green with cilantro and finely chop. Put this mixture in a mortar with vegetable oil and salt to crush until a uniform mass is formed. Cool chicken meat into portions, place on dishes, then pour broth and at the end season with a mixture of cilantro and onions.

Chicken soup with vegetables

To prepare a dish with this recipe, take:

- six glasses of broth,

- two glasses of water,

- seven hundred grams of chicken meat,

- sixteen cloves of garlic,

- four hundred grams of fresh tomatoes,

- three pods of red or yellow pepper,

- 1,25 teaspoons of cumin,

- three quarters of a teaspoon of salt,

- half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper,

- three-fourths of a glass of rice,

- six tablespoons of chopped cilantro,

- three tablespoons of table lemon juice,

- one tablespoon of chopped pepper.

Connect the water and broth in a saucepan. After boiling, add the meat, cut into large pieces, and garlic. When it boils again, make the fire less, cover it with a lid and cook until meat is ready (about fifteen minutes). Now take out the meat and after it has cooled, cut into small pieces.

Remove the garlic and chop it with a blender together with one third of the broth glass until smooth. Then put this mashed potatoes in a saucepan, attach to it chopped tomatoes and peppers. Season with salt, caraway seeds and cayenne pepper. After boiling, add the rice, bring it back to a boil, make less fire and so cook with the lid closed until the rice is ready, about fifteen to twenty minutes.

Now put the chicken in the soup, and add lemon juice, cilantro and hot pepper to it, warm it up for a minute or two. Chicken soup with vegetables can be served on the table.

Soup with chicken fillet and vegetables

Prepare:

- two or four pieces of chicken fillet,

- two carrots,

- two cloves of garlic,

- two tablespoons vegetable oil,

- one hundred grams of medium-sized pasta,

- three hundred grams of frozen spinach,

- one can of canned white beans,

- one second part of a teaspoon of paprika,

- a little salt, ground black pepper.

Cleaned and washed carrots cut into strips. Grind the garlic, and cut the leeks in circles. Fry this vegetable mass (except garlic) with vegetable oil.

Cook the chicken meat. Put garlic and fried vegetables in broth, again cook for three minutes. Then pour the pasta. Cooking continues for another seven minutes. Then add the spinach, cover and so keep it on low heat for three minutes.

Now discard the beans on a strainer, let the liquid drain, send it back to broth, pepper, salt, add the paprika and cook for another five minutes. That's it. Your unusual first course is ready. Decorate it with herbs and serve it on the table.

Chicken soup with rice

Take a kilogram chicken and put it in a container with two liters of boiling salted water. Add a heart, neck, a cut stomach, torn sheets of love, one teaspoon of spices suitable for soup. Then bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook for about two hours until ready, then remove the chicken from the broth.

Pour half a potato of potatoes, thoroughly wash, cut into cubes.
A single bunch of spicy greens clean, rinse, finely chop. Now put into the boiling broth spicy greens, potatoes, one hundred and fifty grams of long rice, bring to a boil and cook for about twenty minutes until ready.

Shortly before the end of cooking, add the liver to the broth. Chicken the meat from the bones and remove the skin, cut into small pieces, put in soup, heat it, season with pepper, salt, grated nutmeg nutmeg, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Everything - your dish is ready for use.
