Cheese cakes on kefir

If there is at least a glass of yogurt and cheese in the fridge, consider that you have the main ingredients for a culinary masterpiece. To cook these cheese cakes for 5 minutes, even a novice cook can! So, we need:

  • Two hundred grams of kefir;
  • Two glasses of flour;
  • Cheese (any, but better than hard varieties) - about a glass, grated on a large grater;
  • Half a teaspoon of sugar, salt and soda;
  • Stuffing, for which you can take a cheese of another grade or the same, meat or sausage products, fried vegetables, including onions and carrots, cottage cheese. In general, everything that you find in the refrigerator. Crumble all this finely or grate on a large grater.

Technology of preparation

Kefir better beforehand to pull out of the refrigerator to warm up, or just to warm up for a long time in the microwave. We fall asleep in salt and sugar, mix it, then add cheese and sift the flour mixed with soda. Gently knead the dough so that the pieces of cheese remain intact. We leave the dough for a short while to allow soda to react with the acid, and in the meantime we are engaged in stuffing.

When everything is ready, divide the dough into eight identical pieces, form balls from them and roll them into a flat cake or simply stretch them with your hands. It is advisable to cover them with a lid after the frying and let them stand for a couple of minutes, due to this they will become soft and gentle.

Mexican cheese cake: recipe

These cakes are made somewhat differently than the previous ones, but believe me, they are no less delicious. We need:

  • Two glasses of flour;
  • A quarter cup of milk powder;
  • Fifty grams of butter;
  • 3/4 cup of water;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder;
  • Half a glass of grated cheese.

Technology of preparation

All the dry ingredients are mixed. Add to them a soft butter and grind. The resulting crumb is mixed with cheese. Now start to add a little water and mix the dough. We give him a few minutes to stand, while we warm up the frying pan and lubricate it with vegetable oil. Divide the dough into 6-8 pieces, depending on the size of the pan, and roll them into flat breads about two centimeters thick. Fry for about ten minutes, covering the frying pan with a lid, on the one hand and as much with the other. So our Mexican cheese cake is ready, the recipe, as you see, is very simple and does not require special skills. There is this dish you need hot, but it is worth saying that it usually does not have time to cool down.
