Cheese balls in deep fat - a great appetizer

Cheese balls in deep fat are a real pleasure, which is equally appreciated by children and adults alike. Of course, the food deep-fried can not be classified as healthy food, but it's so delicious that you can sometimes pamper yourself with "harm".

Two hundred grams of hard cheese will require two eggs, two tablespoons of flour, breadcrumbs, seasonings and vegetable oil for deep-frying.

Cheese three on a grater (if we use processed cheese curds, they should be frozen in the freezer beforehand, then it will be easier to rub them). Now add to the cheese protein of one egg and stir well, adding spices and salt to taste.

Now we'll cook the dessert. To do this, take the remaining yolk and the whole egg and shoot it with salt and flour until a homogeneous mass. On a flat plate, we pour out breadcrumbs. As a breading, instead of the usual crackers, you can use sesame seeds. Now everything is ready for the formation of balls.

Take a teaspoon and make with it balls from the cheese mass. It is important not to roll them too tightly, so that they remain airy. Then put the resulting ball on the fork and dip it in the batter, and then roll it in breadcrumbs. Ready to put the ball on a cutting board or dish.

Fry balls are most convenient in a special deep fryer, but if there is no such dish in the house, you can use a kettle or brazier. To save oil, it is more advantageous to take utensils with a narrow bottom and high sides. We pour oil in the dishes in such a quantity that the balls immersed in it float freely, and heat it to a boil.

Fry our cheese balls deep-fried until golden brown. We remove the finished balls and put them into a dish, covered with paper towels. When excess fat drains, the balls can be fed to the table. Eat them better in a hot form, while the cheese inside is in a molten state.

Such cheese balls in deep-fried can be prepared and stuffed. In this case, when forming from the cheese mass of the ball it will be necessary to put in the middle a nut, a piece of ham, prunes or whatever you deem necessary to use as a filling.

Well, if there is no cheese in the house, then as a snack for beer or the original garnish, you can prepare potato balls in deep frying. For this dish, boil 5-7 potatoes and make mashed potatoes, adding fifty grams of butter and two raw eggs. Puree must be beaten well (it's easier to make a mixer), and then pour starch or flour into it in such quantity that the mass, suitable for the formation of balls, turns out. We roll small balls from the potato dough (inside we can put stuffing) and fry them in deep fat, just as described above.

Well, if instead of a beer party there is a nice tea-party with sweets, then it's worth preparing the curd balls in deep-fried. We will rub a pack of cottage cheese (200 grams) through a sieve, add to it two and a half spoonfuls of sugar, as much manki and a spoon of soft butter. Egg is taken with a pinch of salt and added to the cottage cheese. All the mix and let the manke swell for half an hour.

We form a ball from a curd pastry (inside you can put a nut, a zest or a piece of prunes) and roll them in a manga. You can make a breading for balls from a mixture of biscuits and ground nuts. Then fry the balls in the deep fryer or in the cauldron. Ready cottage cheese balls can be sprinkled with powdered sugar mixed with vanillin or cinnamon, and served at the tea table.
