A lot has already been said about the properties of this product. Therefore, let's talk about how to prepare cauliflower in the oven. It can be baked in many ways, each of them is interesting in its own way.

To start a simple recipe. We take cabbage and disassemble it on the inflorescence. Previously, it can be lowered into the water with a small amount of salt to remove the existing insects that may be inside.

Then put the container of water on the fire, when it starts to boil, we put cauliflower in it. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.

Spread it in a frying pan and fry until a ruddy crust. We take a container for baking and put in it inflorescences. Top with cheese and put in the oven. Bake for about 5-7 minutes. Cauliflower in the oven can be cooked and more original. To do this, you will need a head of not very large size. You also need to prepare about 600 grams of minced meat (you can take any), one carrot and onion, cheese (100 grams), 150 milliliters of sour cream or mayonnaise, salt and any pepper.

Boil the whole cabbage in slightly salted water (6-8 minutes). We pull it out of the water and set it aside. Meanwhile, chop finely onions and carrots (you can use the grater) and fry them with the addition of any oil. Mix them with minced meat, add spices (optional).

Now take a head and fill the space between the inflorescences of minced meat. Well fill all the voids, then the cauliflower in the oven will turn out delicious and juicy. Then spread it on a baking sheet lined with foil. From above cabbage is coated with mayonnaise or sour cream, into which you can add seasoning, herbs or spices. We wrap the foil and put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. After that, open the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese and wait until a beautiful crust is formed. Cauliflower in the oven is ready.

But if you want to quickly prepare a delicious snack, then use the following recipe. We disassemble cabbage on inflorescences and lower it for three minutes into boiling water. We pull out and merge the excess liquid. Add the grated carrots, onion, cut into half rings, garlic, passed through the press, chopped greens and hot pepper (optional). We take salt, sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar. Quantity is adjustable to taste. All ingredients are well mixed. We remove the dish in the refrigerator. Cauliflower in Korean ready in 12 hours. It can be served as a snack for any dish.
