Since we cook wings in honey-soy sauce, the marinade will necessarily include honey and soy sauce.

On the basis of one kilogram of wings, we take one bottle of natural soy sauce. When choosing it, be sure to pay attention to the capacity in which it is packed. Quality soy sauce is poured into glass containers.

Wings in honey-soy sauce will be sharp, but in moderation, from four large chopped cloves of garlic. Here we add one with the top full spoon of melted honey, preferably liquid natural, one st. A spoonful of apple or grape vinegar and three tablespoons of water.

Attention, be careful with salt! We add it a little, because the soy sauce itself is salty, but for those who like spicy dishes, we recommend adding a few more black peppercorns. From such components of marinade our wings will be especially juicy, and their taste is extraordinary.

So, the marinade is ready! We send it to our wings, mix it thoroughly and leave it soaked, but do not forget to mix it every 40 minutes. This is necessary to ensure that the marinade is properly and evenly saturated with them. The impregnation time is approximately 4 hours.

This dish can be prepared at home. To do this, grease the baking tray with sunflower oil, spread it in one layer of wings and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. Soon, the flavor of roasted meat will fill your home, and the dish will appeal to the most demanding gourmets.

In order for wings in soy sauce to be perfect, it is worth considering that their taste depends largely on the quality of soy sauce. Natural soy sauce is transparent and has a light brown color, it should not include modified soy.

The marinade will include soy sauce, honey - one ch.lozhka, two st.lozhki fresh lemon juice and two st.lozhki vegetable oil. Limitations on salt are the same as in the previous recipe, you can dosolit, but very little.

We connect the marinade with the wings, mix and marinate for two hours. Bake in a hot oven until golden sweet appetizer.

There is another amazing recipe - wings in honey sauce. In this recipe, the main ingredients of the marinade are soy sauce (7-8 tablespoons), honey bee - st. Spoon with top and curry seasoning - one tsp. Marinade carefully mix and connect with the wings, let it brew for 3 hours and begin to fry. Recipe for chicken wings in honey sauce - does not require special skills, the dish turns out always.
