Brunch (real name William) was born in February 1975 in Texas. Now he is a professional bodybuilder in the IFBB federation. From colleagues in the shop the athlete received the nickname "Quadroosaurus". We think everyone understands why.

early years

Since childhood, Branch Warren was very fond of American football. And it's not surprising, because his father was a famous football player. Therefore, before the age of 14, the future bodybuilder was fond of football. But over time, the passion for football began to displace love for iron. Once the boy saw Arnold Schwarzenegger's photo in one of the fitness magazines - and football was over. Branch wanted passionately to be like a legendary bodybuilder.

Start training

At 15, Branch Warren moved with his family to Dallas. In this city, the boy's dream was much easier. But bodybuilding required money, and they did not have Warren. But this did not stop the future celebrity. The boy resorted to cunning. He turned to a friend who had no financial problems. When he came into the hall, he went to the black exit and let Brunch in.

Soon one of the visitors of the hall noticed the incorrectly trained guys and taught them the basics of bodybuilding, and then moved with them to the legendary hall "Metroflex". There, Brunch began to progress rapidly. The reason for this was Ronnie Coleman 's mentoring . The first victory

In 1992, Branch Warren, whose photo is attached to the article, won the first victory in the tournament "Mr. America" among teenagers. The young athlete was only 17 years old. A year later, Warren won the National Championship. This victory is especially noteworthy that then he went around Jay Cutler. Although, of course, Jay achieved recognition and popularity in bodybuilding much earlier than Brunch. He managed to overtake Warren because the hero of this article combined body building at that time with studying at the university. And very often bodybuilding receded into the background.

Return

Kvadrozavr returned to the podium in 1999 and took fourth place in the National Junior Championships. In 2000, he already competed with older "builders" and took third place, and in 2001 Warren moved into professional bodybuilding.

"The Night of Champions" - the so-called first professional tournament of an athlete. In 2004, he took eighth place there. The same place Branch took and on "Olympia", which is very good for the first time. Participation in 2006 in Arnold Classic brought the athlete silver.

Currently

Now Branch Warren lives in Keller , Texas and continues to perform in world class tournaments, taking prizes there. He is married to Trish Warren, a professional fitness trainer. In addition to sports, the couple is involved in the family business. They have a successful shipping company.
