The quality of the baked biscuit is significantly affected by the freshness of the eggs, the duration of their whipping, and the correct baking regime. If the whites get the slightest amount of fat or yolk, they simply do not whip. In the second case - as many eggs, sugar and lemon zest, and more hot water (5 tablespoons) and flour (175 grams).

Preparation is standard: the eggs are beaten with sugar to make a lush, homogeneous mass. Then flour is added, and everything is quickly mixed. Next - the rest of the ingredients, and everything goes to the oven. Very often, the composition of the test itself adds cottage cheese, which gives an unusual taste.

A fairly easy and simple recipe for biscuit cakes is cakes on sour cream. For its preparation, grind 1 glass of sugar with egg yolks (5 pieces). After adding vanillin, put sour cream (150 grams) and mix. Pour flour (2 tablespoons) and proteins. All carefully poured into a mold and put in a light oven for 25 minutes. After the biscuit is ready, put it on a napkin and sprinkle a little sugar powder.

Such a recipe can be used as the main one. And for a change, you can add cocoa directly to the dough. Or decorate a biscuit cake with walnuts, coconut shavings or glaze. The composition of the cream itself can be changed by adding a little prunes or raisins to it. Here everything depends on your imagination and desire to surprise and please people close to you.
