For the test, you will need: three glasses of premium flour, two eggs, a glass of kefir, a tablespoon of sugar sand, four tablespoons of vegetable oil, one teaspoon of baking soda and salt. For their preparation, the following ingredients are needed: 0.5 kg of flour, one kilogram of minced meat, two cups of kefir, half a teaspoon of salt, the same amount of soda, two glasses of vegetable oil.   1. Warm up the kefir in a microwave oven until warm, pour soda into it, mix well and add sugar and salt, mix again and leave it for ten minutes at room temperature.
