Basal Pneumonia: Symptoms and Treatment. Inhalation in case of pneumonia

Among the most dangerous respiratory pathologies, modern medicine calls pneumonia. Every year thousands of people die from this disease. For this reason, scientists are constantly engaged in the search for all new drugs, as well as actively developing a diagnostic base for early and accurate detection of the disease.

It is an infectious-inflammatory disease that affects the human respiratory system, in particular the lungs. Provocators are pathogenic microorganisms (viruses, bacteria, fungi). Depending on the place of localization, the causative agent, the cause and severity of the flow, there are varieties of pathology: focal, segmental, segmental and central (basal) pneumonia. With the last subspecies we will get acquainted closer.

Causative agents and provoking factors

The focus of inflammation is observed in the basal space of the lung. There is an accumulation of fluid in the terminal part of the apparatus (alveolus), a violation of gas exchange with the blood capillaries and a change in the connective tissue of the internal organ. The cause is more often bacterial microorganisms located inside the cell membrane (mycoplasmas, influenza viruses, chlamydia, pneumococcus).

Central pneumonia, the photo of which is presented in the material, is difficult to diagnose. Epidemiological features in this inflammatory process are weakly expressed, therefore visual inspection will not show any results. A more in-depth examination is needed, which will also help to identify provoking factors. It is scientifically grounded that the following phenomena cause the occurrence of pathology:

- injuries, injuries and bruises of the chest ;

- addiction to alcohol and tobacco;

- concomitant diseases of internal organs;

- Chemotherapy;

- artificial ventilation of lungs;

- Diseases of the respiratory tract.

The most vulnerable to infection are people with weakened immunity (children, the elderly, people with unstable psyche and seriously ill). Pathogens penetrate the body through the respiratory system, rush straight into the blood plasma and bronchi. Disease-causing microbes fill the alveoli, disrupting gas exchange, functioning and transfer of oxygen. As a result, there is a strong cough, the temperature rises rapidly and the general condition worsens. The pathogenic microflora spreads through the lymphatic system, aggravating the situation.

Clinical picture

According to specialists, central pneumonia (photos in the article illustrate its manifestations) can develop in a tumor-like and inflammatory form. In the first case there is an acute current. The second form is more complex, the basal part of the lung is covered with tuberous formations, the disease is difficult to treat.

In both cases, treatment and rehabilitation are quite lengthy. Regardless of the shape, wheezing, wheezing in the chest and bronchial breathing, radical pneumonia. Symptoms are sometimes confused with a malignant tumor and tuberculosis.

An experienced and qualified doctor will be able to distinguish pathology by rapid breathing, shortness of breath, oxygen deficiency, increased sweating and dizziness with minimal physical exertion. At the same time there are no painful sensations in the chest and with a sigh. Body temperature may not rise. Correctly diagnose the disease and the focus of localization will help x-rays and the method of physical examination (listening to sounds).

Diagnosis and methods of research

On visual inspection, it is not possible to diagnose "radical pneumonia," so clinical blood tests are performed to identify a potential pathogen. With an increased level of leukocytes, one can speak of a bacterial infection. Also, biochemical analysis is undertaken and gas exchange in capillaries is studied.

Sputum obtained by coughing is examined and tested in a microbiological laboratory. If necessary, the doctor may conduct an additional examination: computed tomography, urinalysis, bronchoscopy, lung and pleural biopsy . Interpretation of all results allows to correctly assign acceptable and effective therapy.

Principles of treatment

Basal pneumonia requires hospitalization in the pulmonology department or therapy. In the acute stage, the patient is prescribed a bed rest, a plentiful warm drink, a special diet enriched with minerals and vitamins. An obligatory component is antibacterial therapy, which is selected by the doctor after taking the necessary tests, locating a locus and cause. Drugs are prescribed intravenously or intramuscularly, in an individual dosage, taking into account age characteristics.

Treatment is possible without immunostimulants, anti-inflammatory, expectorant and mucolytic drugs that improve the drainage function of the bronchi. Physiotherapeutic procedures aimed at normalizing the state of lung tissue (electrophoresis, laser therapy, amplipulse therapy, UHF) are shown. Good inhalation for pneumonia and therapeutic exercises. With complicated course, concomitant therapy is performed.

Additional treatment with folk remedies

Use of phyto-drugs is recommended only in combination with medicines. Medicinal herbs and berries have a beneficial effect on the bronchi and relieve the inflammatory process, contributing to a speedy recovery. Infusion of red dry wine and hazelnuts will help a better sputum discharge.

For a long time our ancestors used such a prescription in therapy. Many healers are now advised to use it to patients with a diagnosed "radical pneumonia." Treatment is carried out internally. Prepare a drug from red wine and peeled nuts (each ingredient of 500 gr.). The solution is boiled for half an hour, cooled and drunk 15 ml 10 minutes before meals.

Aloe and honey - a remedy for inflammation in the lungs

A time-tested recipe is prepared as follows: squeeze 200 ml of juice from fresh aloe leaves, add 40 grams of juice to it. Birch buds (pre-chop) and leaves of the grass of the blue-head. Stir thoroughly, put a mass of propolis oil and flower honey (liquid) into the mass.

We put it in a water bath, it takes 10-15 minutes. Tablespoon dissolve in 250 ml of warm milk and eat three times a day, regardless of food intake. Herbal medicine improves the condition and course of the disease.

Radical pneumonia will pass faster if you take a fig drink. It is not difficult to prepare it. It has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effect. For a glass of milk, take two figs, simmer on low heat for 10 minutes and drink.

Badger fat is the best assistant in fighting pneumonia

This tool will help to overcome various forms of the disease, even the heaviest. It is accepted by courses, for 30 days, then a break for 14 days is done, and therapy is resumed. Daily eat up to 15 gr. Fat before meals - three times a day.

Treatment with folk remedies should be carried out under the strict supervision of the therapist. Along with this, the patient is obliged to adhere to a special diet, to abandon the sweet, fatty, salty, smoked and spicy. Eat small portions, drink at least two liters of water at room temperature, use phytonutrients with honey, lime, chamomile and raspberries.

Preventive measures

Never carry a cold on your feet, it threatens with serious complications. Stimulate the immune system, this will help a healthy and balanced menu, an active lifestyle, the rejection of bad habits. Important is the favorable emotional environment, try to be less nervous, rid yourself of stressful situations and negative people. The implementation of simple rules protects you from various kinds of inflammation. Competently and reasonably approach your life.
