Yet the main thing, what distinguishes one recipe lobio from another, it's seasoning. Virtually every Georgian housewife has her own recipe lobio. And this dish is widespread not only in Georgia, but also in many other countries.

Now we will tell you how to prepare lobio from red bean. Dry red beans to make it faster cooked, soaked for several hours in the water. Water is changed twice, the damaged beans are removed. Before cooking, the beans are washed, then poured with water so that it covers it and cook, covering the lid for several hours until the water is completely evaporated.

If the beans are cooked, and the water is left - it is drained, if there is not enough water - add the boiling water. This dish can be cooked and in the form of porridge, and in general form. How to cook lobio from beans, so that everyone likes it?
We offer you a very interesting recipe that combines both these types. To make it, you need the following ingredients:

* Red beans 800 g
* Onion 4 pieces
* Garlic 2-3 cloves
*Vegetable oil
* Cilantro, coriander ground 2 teaspoons, sea salt
* Wine vinegar 2 tablespoons

The washed beans are poured with cold water and boiled for 15 minutes, then the water is drained off. After that, the beans are poured again with water and cooked until ready for two hours, adding water, if necessary. Now the beans need to be clipped in such a way that half the grains turn into porridge.

Finely chopped onions should be roasted in vegetable oil and mixed with pounded beans and finely chopped cilantro, add crushed garlic, coriander and wine vinegar. Salt is added to taste. It turns out very tasty bean porridge.

Lobio can be lean - with nuts and greens, and hearty - with meat, cheese and eggs. To prepare this dish, canned beans do not suit.
The string bean, from which the green lobio is cooked, is also called vegetable. If the beans are fresh, only from the garden, then the lobio from the string bean is prepared immediately, without soaking. And if it was bought in a store or in the market, then it takes an hour or two to put it in cold water, then pull out the veins. A green lobio can be prepared from canned pods and frozen.

Green lobio is cooked with lamb. The brisket should be cut into pieces, salt, pepper and fry in a saucepan. Then add the finely chopped onion and simmer for 15 minutes with the meat. Pods of beans must be cut into pieces of 4-5 centimeters, add to the meat and pour boiling broth. Dish the stew until meat is cooked, then season with crushed garlic, add pepper, green mint and parsley and stand for half an hour so that the food is soaked with spices and the scent of greens.

In another version, the recipe for lobio from bean string contains eggs instead of meat. It will take 1 kilogram of green beans, 2 glasses of water or broth, 3-4 onions, greens, pepper, salt, 150 grams of melted butter and 3 eggs. When the beans are ready and the pods are boiled, it is seasoned with chopped herbs and stewed for 10 minutes with melted butter. Eggs are beaten and poured with beans. Minutes after 3-4 dishes are ready and it can be served on the table, but you can first cool it.
