Apple puree (the recipe will be presented below) turns out delicious and tender from any sorts of fruit. For such a sweet canned product, we decided to purchase a product called an Antonovka. Of these apples, you can make a special puree, which is well suited not only for pies, but for ordinary use with strong tea.

Components for dessert:

  • Sand sugar - 200 g;
  • Apples fresh (antonovka) - 1 kg;
  • Juice of ripe lemon - 4 large spoons;

Apple puree, the recipe of which includes the "Antonovka" variety, can be prepared both from ripe foods and from slightly overripe ones. The main thing in creating such a billet is that all the fruits purchased are without wormholes and mold.

Before you cook apple sauce, you should thoroughly wash each product. To do this, the fruit should be placed in a large basin, soak them in cool water, and then alternately rinse, using a soft cloth. Next, the fruit gruel must be hot-laid in sterilized glass jars and rolled with metal lids. After that, the dishes must be turned over, covered with a blanket or a terry towel and held in this position for about a day. During this time, the canned mashed potatoes will cool down, after which it can be removed to a cold store, a cellar or a cellar.

The prepared dessert can be consumed as early as the day after it has been rolled. It should be noted that such puree will serve not only as a wonderful addition to a cup of freshly made tea, it is good and as a delicious filling for open pies, pies and other home-made products.
