Apple mousse: a recipe for cooking
Apples accompany us all life, especially the last years, when you can buy them all 365 days a year. Given the democratic nature of the price, they are available every day. We will not talk here again about the benefits of these fruits, everyone already knows about it. Let's say that there are few such products that have so many options for cooking different dishes. One of them is apple mousse, carefully whipped, airy fruits with various additives or without them, very loved not only by children, but also by adults.
Recipe for cooking mousse "Benedictine"
As we know, apples perfectly combine with many other products, such as seafood, game, poultry, pork, beef. But all the same, any dessert, cooked even with a minimum amount of this fruit, will be better and more refined. Here we are now and will tell you one of the simplest recipes of how to make apple mousse. To do this, we need the following ingredients: one kilogram of small apples, one lemon juice, four egg whites, 120 grams of powdered sugar, three spoonfuls of Benedictine liquor. As you understand, the name of the mousse comes from the name of the liqueur. And now we offer a way how to get delicious apple mousse. The recipe for cooking, step by step, is in front of you:
- Fruits are washed out, peeled, divided into four parts and the core removed. Fold in a large pan, pour in half a liter of water and cook for 20 minutes. After the apples have become soft, remove from heat and discarded in a colander.
- Cook boiled fruits to mash and put in a saucepan, preferably deep, put on a small fire and for about seven minutes we dry it. Then add the sugar powder, whisk the mixture and remove it from the fire. Let it cool down.
- Squeeze out the lemon juice. We put sugar in a pan lump, pour half a glass of water and put on a small fire. After whitening the syrup, add lemon juice, stir and the resulting caramel is poured into molds.
- We beat in whipped foam proteins and add to it a cooled puree of apples. Now pour in the liquor and mix it gently.
- We put the mousse into shapes, put it into a deep baking tray filled in a third and send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees. We cook 40 minutes, after which we take out the pan and, after cooling, we take out the mousse from the molds. Done!
A complex but delicious recipe for a gentle apple mousse
In this recipe we add, in addition to apples, biscuits, dried fruits and seasonal strawberries. It turns out not just delicious, but also nourishing. In order to prepare this apple mousse, we will need: 400 grams of Golden apples, 50 grams of butter, two tablespoons of brown sugar, eight grams of vanilla, 40 ml of cognac, 10 pieces of walnuts, 200 ml of 35% cream, 70 grams Condensed milk, 50 grams of dried prunes, four pieces of lemon balm, half a lemon, 150 grams of strawberries, and the same number of shortbread cookies.

We beat the butter with sugar until light light weight is obtained. After that, reduce its speed and add salt along with the flour. We will now use the first option. We need: fresh apples - 250 grams, gelatin - 15 grams, sand sugar - three quarters of a glass, a pistil, gauze and various utensils, which, it is understood, you have.

Let's start making apple mousse. The recipe for gelatin is the following, step by step:
- Gelatin soak in boiled cold water. Let it be about 30 minutes. Then we pour into the ladle and put it on the fire. Constantly stirring, dissolve gelatin completely. In this case, bring to a boil is not necessary.
- Prepared standardly apples filled with boiling water and sent to the stove. Cook until soft and drain the juice into a saucepan through a sieve. Puree through the same sieve wipe into another container.
- Pour pan with the juice drained on a plate, add sugar sugar and bring to a boil, then pour gelatin and puree of apples. The resulting mass is stirred and allowed to cool.
