An interesting recipe for berry pie with blueberries

A homemade pie with fresh berries will bring real pleasure and a lot of pleasant minutes for a cup of tea. Its peculiarity is that no overseas products are required for its baking: all the most accessible and natural. Baking turns tender and fragrant. The top of the cake is so soft it just melts in the mouth. For the filling used different berries, cottage cheese and jams. Also, the filling can be made combined. Our recipe for berry pie is so simple and easy that even an inexperienced mistress can cook it.

For the dough: butter (150 g), sifted flour (two glasses), 2 yolks, sour cream (30 g), granulated sugar to taste.

For pouring: fatty sour cream (250 g), vanillin, 2 eggs, sugar and fresh blueberries (1.5 cups).

Sifted flour mixed with butter, two yolks, sour cream and sugar. Put the dough for 40 minutes in the refrigerator. After the specified time, we take it out, roll it out, lay it on the bottom of the form, oiled with vegetable oil. We place in a heated oven (200 degrees) for ten minutes.

Bilberry thoroughly washed, dried, and part of the berries mixed with sugar. Sugar stuffing carefully lined to the bottom of the finished cake, on top of it we put the remaining blueberries and sprinkle a little sugar.

Pouring: eggs, sour cream, vanillin and sugar whisk until you get a thick creamy mass. Then, with the egg-sour cream sauce, pour the sandy berry cake and put it to bake. Baking time approximately takes 10-15 minutes. Try using this recipe of berry pie, and you will be delighted with the amazingly delicate, creamy taste of baking.

The next method of preparation is also simple, combined. The second recipe for berry pie implies the presence of raspberries, blueberries and strawberry jam. Prepare the necessary ingredients: butter (packaging), three eggs, sugar, baking powder (5 g), flour (two glasses).

For the filling: take in equal proportions raspberries and blueberries (100 grams), as well as strawberry jam at least three hundred grams. As a result, you will have an amazingly delicate berry pie. The recipe with the photo is shown below.

In this recipe you can use jam and fresh-frozen berries. Just 30 minutes before baking, put the fruit out of the freezer. We take chicken eggs, combine them with granulated sugar and beat in a blender. Melted butter and add to it whipped eggs.

In a separate dish you need to sift the flour, in order for the pie to turn airy, add a baking powder to it. With a thin trickle, pour the egg-and-oil base into the flour and knead the elastic dough. 1/3 of the finished dough should be separated, wrapped in film and sent to the freezer for half an hour.

For baking, rectangular shape is best suited, it is covered with paper, sprinkled with flour. The dough is laid on it, small edges are made along the edges. Then our stuffing goes to the layer: raspberry, blueberry and jam. Frozen dough is rubbed on the jam. Baking is not for long: 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Allow the cake to cool and then remove from the mold.
