Ingredients: 130 grams of lamb meat, 35 grams of dried prunes, one onion, 20 grams of tomato paste or two tomatoes, 15 grams of mutton fat, pepper, salt and greens. Prepare a sauce of 5 grams of sugar, 8 grams of 6% vinegar and a pinch of cloves and cinnamon.

Attention: the quantity of ingredients in this recipe is calculated for one serving. The dish will be ready in half an hour!

Preparation: cut lamb into small pieces, salt. In a deep frying pan, melt the mutton fat, add meat, finely chopped onion, tomato paste and simmer the meat for half an hour.

Then add pre-washed prunes without pits, sauce, cover the frying pan with a lid and stew the meat. 10 minutes before the end of quenching, add the prunes, sauce and cook the meat until it is ready. Serve with finely chopped herbs.
