Taco: Beef Recipe

Ingredients:

  • About 300 grams of finely chopped beef;

  • Eight tacos;
  • 200 grams of cheese;
  • 200 grams of lettuce leaves;
  • Two fresh tomatoes.

All ingredients are designed for four servings.

Preparation

The first thing you need to do: finely chop the onions and skip the garlic through garlic.

Now, put the garlic, onions and meat on the small fire for 5 minutes. This time is enough for the onion to acquire a soft consistency.

Further in the pan, add chili and simmer with it for another 10 minutes. At the same time, the products must be stirred, to prevent burning. Cook until the meat is brown.

The next step is to add, without stopping stirring, finely chopped peppers. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 more minutes.

Remove food from fire. The prepared mass should be laid out on tacos (if there are none, lavash will do). In addition, you can put salads on the table. Thus, each member of the family will be able to form the filling according to one's own taste.

Tip: instead of finely chopped beef, the stuffing will do.

Taco: recipe with pork

Ingredients:

  • 8 tortillas;
  • 300 grams of pork;
  • One avocado;
  • A pair of tomatoes;
  • Iceberg salad ;
  • 100 grams of grated cheese of hard varieties;
  • chilli;
  • lemon juice;
  • Vegetable oil and sour cream;
  • Sweet ground paprika and red pepper;
  • Cilantro;
  • salt.

Preparation

Fry the tortillas. Just remember that they are fried very quickly, which means it is very important not to overexpose. Otherwise they will get very brittle and dry.

Cut thin pork slices with pork and fry it lightly in vegetable oil. Add a little salt, red pepper, dried garlic and a large amount of paprika.

Now cut into two halves of avocado and remove the stone. Peel the product from the peel and cut into cubes. Similarly, you need to cut tomatoes. Everything is added to a bowl, vegetable oil, lemon juice, red pepper and salt are added there. Do not forget about the salad.

The first layer, which you need to put on tortillas - meat, then vegetables, then cheese and a little sour cream. All this is seasoned with cilantro and sent to the table.

Now you can cook tacos. Recipe, as you can see, does not represent any complexity.
