What is willpower?

As you can see, the definitions can be different, but all converge in one, that willpower does not come by itself. Rarely, who from the very beginning is endowed with strong-willed qualities. "It's a pity that many people underestimate the power of auto-training , Because they judge this by films and articles that do not reveal its essence and do not bother to talk about it with specialists.

So, remember that there are no people without willpower, there are people who do not want to part with laziness or just those who do not believe in their own strength, is depressed. It is by will power that we differ from animals - representatives of the lowest link in evolution.
