Revise your diet. Is the body receiving enough vitamins and trace elements? The thing is that the deficit of some vitamins leads to sleep, irritability and fatigue.

When you feel that you are irritated, try to relax and count, for example, up to ten, take your mind off the source of irritation, do not pay attention to anything. You can just sit in a comfortable position and think about the sun, the warm sea, about what you most like, about what would have calmed you down.

Less communicate with people who annoy you. It is necessary to try to remove all sources of irritation, be it some things or living beings. And, on the contrary, fill your life with something good and useful for you. Read interesting literature, perhaps even one in which experienced psychologists give advice on how to become calmer, go to a theater or a museum, visit an art gallery. Do yourself something nice for your family, because when our loved ones are happy, and it makes us feel good. Do not raise your voice when talking to them.

If you still do not dare to fight this disease (because stress leads to various diseases), then time is playing against you. Overcoming stress, irritability, self-doubt is a private matter for everyone who is ready to fight it. And for this you can use all the methods that are right for you. Do not stop if there are problems, but try to solve them. Calmly find a way out of these situations, do not panic or run into hysteria. The main thing - stay calm, because your health should not suffer from stress.

The question of how to overcome stress will always exist, since our life is full of difficulties and unpredictable twists of fate. But still you can and should try to react calmly to everything that is happening around us. And then any problem will seem not so difficult and always solvable. And with the support of our relatives and relatives, any problems, including stress, can be overcome. But this is so important and just necessary to maintain emotional balance!
