1) water for cooking should be pre-salted, and for a more delicate taste and aroma should be added fresh greens of dill and parsley,
2) the squid carcass is immersed in already boiling water and cook for no more than 2-5 minutes, otherwise they will turn out to be hard,
3) after boiling, the squid is immediately transferred to boiled water, cooled to room temperature,
4) Wait until the calamari cools, pull them out, dry and use according to the plan.

Fried calamari
As already mentioned, frying is also one of the ways how delicious to cook squid. The recipe is very simple and does not require special skills. For him you will need raw or already boiled squid - it depends on the freshness, if there is any doubt about this, then it is better to boil the carcasses beforehand. Then cut into small pieces or straws, as you like, and fry in a pan, adding onions and spices until golden brown. If you want to experiment with taste - add tomato in the process of frying.

Marinated squid
Lovers of pickled and salted foods know how to cook squid tasty and without much effort. To do this, put the cut squids mixed with parsley greens, on a dish, squeeze juice from the lemon on top, add salt and seasonings. For a dish to be considered ready, it is necessary to wait about an hour for the meat to soak.

Salads
We have already discussed how to prepare squid correctly, or rather prepare them for future use. Consider several recipes for preparing salads with pre-cooked squid:

1) Add finely chopped pickled cucumber and boiled eggs to the sliced squid. Mix the ingredients and do not forget to season the mixture with spices and salt. The bottom of the plate on which you will serve a dish, lay out with Chinese salad (recommend not to cut it, and pick it up so as not to lose excess juice and vitamins). The resulting green cushion is covered with a mixture of seasonings and let it brew for 10-20 minutes to let the salad soak.

This recipe is remarkable in that it allows not only to solve the problem of how delicious to cook calamari, but it also allows to do it very quickly.

2) The second salad is no less easy to prepare, but the required set of products makes it quite expensive. However, with the help of this recipe you will know how to cook squid so as to surprise all guests with their culinary abilities.

You will need cut sliced squid, to which are added chopped eggs and red caviar. Salad dress mayonnaise and mix very gently so that the eggs are not damaged, because they give the dish not only a special taste, but also a beautiful aesthetic appearance. Do not forget to add salt during the mixing (note that caviar is already so salty) and seasoning, at your discretion. Let the salad brew in the refrigerator and serve to the table in a cold state.
