Technology of preparation

We sterilize the cans, put green and garlic on the bottom. We take out cucumbers from the pickle. We lay out the banks. Brine the strains and pour into a saucepan. We put on the fire, bring to a boil. And we fill it immediately with cucumbers to the top. We roll up the lid. Banks are put upside down to cool, then we put them in the cellar.

Technology of preparation

  • Water (four liters);
  • Garlic (two heads);

  • Bell pepper.

Technology of preparation

Wash cucumbers and soak in cold water for the night. Sterilize the glass jars. Pour the water into a saucepan and sprinkle salt. Boil it. Cucumbers cut off the tips of the knife and make small incisions on the sides. We spread now on the bottom of the can of dill sprigs, garlic, spicy pepper, pour peas. We put cucumbers on top. Repeat the layers again. When the brine begins to boil, fill it with cucumbers. Press down on top of the saucer and put the load on it so that the plate is in the brine. We put the jar in a cool place. Crispy cucumbers will be ready in eight days. They can be put in the refrigerator or canned.

Cucumber salted sliced: recipe

Main Ingredients :

  • Cucumber (1 kg);
  • dill;
  • bulb onions;
  • water;
  • sugar;
  • horseradish;
  • pepper;
  • salt;
  • vinegar.

Technology of preparation

Wash the cucumbers. Tails cut off. Then cut the vegetables into slices. Put it in a bowl and add salt. Stir and cover. Leave for twelve hours. While wash the greens, peel the garlic and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. From the bowl pour out the secreted juice. We put greenery and cucumbers in cans. Fill with boiling water. We leave it for five minutes. We pour out the water and refill it. Repeat the process two times. Add the garlic, pepper and onions. Mix sugar and salt in water. We put on fire, boil, add vinegar. Thoroughly mix. Fill the brine with cucumbers and roll up the jars. We turn them around. We leave it until it cools down completely. Keep jars in a cool place.

In addition to salting, cucumbers can and marinate, as well as prepare salads, drinks, sauces, etc. from them.
