These ingredients are poured in boiling water in an amount of 1 liter, and infused in a thermos for 2 hours. Use this drink also follows half an hour before meals.
If for some reason fresh ginger is not available to you, do not worry, because it is easily replaced with dried. But its amount in this case should be reduced by 2-3 times, because the dried spice has a concentrated taste and aroma.
