You can even not adhere to the exact traditional recipe, but add products that your family prefers and you yourself. At your disposal there is a mass variation of side dishes for the prepared food. It will fit everything that only exists in your kitchen. But before you prepare a dish, you need to clean it thoroughly. Scrape it should be very good, it is necessary in order to remove the upper grayish color layer, various mucus and film. There is one little trick: in order for everything to be cleaned from the product very quickly, soak the scar for two days in salt water. If Do not want to mess around and spend time, then most stores can provide you with a completely cleaned product. So, for the preparation we need:

  1. The scar is one and a half kilograms.
  2. Water is three liters.
  3. Vinegar (9%) - nine spoons (canteens).
  4. Salt - three tablespoons (table).
  5. Onions - six pieces.
  6. Carrots - three pieces.
  7. Butter - three tablespoons.
  8. Cream - two hundred milliliters.
  9. Garlic - three cloves.
  10. Bay leaf and pepper.

How to cook a beef scar

Prepare marinade from water, vinegar and salt. In advance, cleaned the scar, soak it for about five to six hours. After the time has elapsed, merge the marinade. Again pour the scar with water and boil for about fifteen minutes. Change the water. Once again, boil. Add one carrot, two onions, pepper and bay leaf and leave to cook over low heat (about three to four hours). When the scar becomes soft, drain the broth and cool off the whip. Then cut it into strips. In a deep frying pan fry onions and carrots until half cooked, then add the garlic, butter and already sliced meat. Continue to cook for another ten minutes. Then pour the cream, salt and simmer for a quarter of an hour. If you thought that the scar of beef recipes involves complex, then, as you can see, you were wrong.
