Pies with poppy seeds are a very tasty and caloric dessert, for the preparation of which you do not need a lot of expensive ingredients. It should be noted that there are a lot of ways to create such home baking. We will present you the most popular and simple.

Surely there are no such people who would not like muffins and pies. Of course, such products quickly spoil our figure. But sometimes you want to pamper yourself with a slice of homemade delicacy. In this regard, we propose to make pies with poppy seeds from yeast dough. To implement this recipe, we need (for the test):

  • Light wheat flour - about 800 g;
  • Drinking water (warm, boiled) - 1.4 cups;
  • Butter melted creamy - 180 g;
  • Granulated yeast - 5 g;
  • Milk whole cow - 1.4 cups;
  • Sugar light not very large - 3 large spoons;
  • Shallow salt is a small-sized pinch;
  • Egg (preferably large) - 1 pc.

Before baking pies with poppy seeds from yeast dough, the base should be properly kneaded. For this, an equal amount of cow milk and warm drinking water is mixed in one dish. Firstly, the sugar is dissolved in the resulting liquid, and granular yeast is then added. After they swell, in the same pan spread soft cooking oil, hammered egg and table salt. All ingredients are mixed by hand until a homogeneous liquid mass is obtained. Then wheat flour is gradually added to it.

After the described actions, a soft and thick dough is obtained, which does not stick to the palms. It is covered with a waffle towel and left in the heat for 96 minutes (can be a little longer). During this time, the base should rise 4 or 5 times. Periodically, it should be whipped with hands, so that it again settles and rose.

As a result of such actions, you should get a thick and sweet poppy filling.

How to form a cake?

There is nothing easier than to form pies with poppy seeds from yeast dough. There are a lot of ways to design such a dessert. We decided to show you the most original method. To do this, the yeast dough is rolled into a thin rectangular stratum, lightly flavored with vegetable oil, and then the whole thick poppy filling is distributed over it.

After that, the base is rolled up and cut into several pieces (7-9 pieces) with a thickness of 6-7 centimeters. The resulting products are densely laid out in a deep oiled form. In this form, the formed cake is left at room temperature for ¼ hour.

Baking process

How to cook pies in the oven? For this, the cabinet is preheated to a temperature of 200 degrees, and then the filled form is sent to it. The yeast product is baked for 55 minutes. In doing so, it should be as lush, ruddy and soft as possible.

Curd cake with poppy: step by step recipe

As mentioned above, there are many different ways to create a delicious yeast dessert. On how to make pies in the oven, we wrote in the previous recipe. If you decide to make such a batch in a multivark, then we suggest using this method. To implement it, we need (for the test):

  • Light wheat flour - about 600 g;
  • Drinking water (boiled, warm) - 1 glass;
  • Yeast fast in bags - 4 g;
  • Whole cow milk - 1.6 glasses;
  • Common salt - a small pinch;
  • Light sugar - 2.5 large spoons;
  • Margarine soft - 180 g.

Make yeast dough

The cake with poppy seeds in the multivarquet is prepared as easily and simply as in the oven. But before proceeding to its baking, it is necessary to mix a good base. To do this, the whole milk is mixed with warm water, and then the sugar is dissolved in this mixture. After that, in a separate bowl, combine fast yeast and 1 cup of wheat flour. The resulting mixture is poured into a liquid mass and mixed well. In this form, cover it with a towel and leave it aside for 30 minutes. After this time, the beaten egg, salt and soft margarine are added to the spoon. Finally, all the remains of wheat flour are laid out in the base.

After mixing all the ingredients, you should get a soft dough that sticks to the fingers a little. It is again covered with a cloth and left in the heat for 40 minutes.

A pie with poppy and cottage cheese can serve as an excellent dessert for a casual or festive table. To make it, we need the following products for the filling:

  • Poppy seeds - 100 g;
  • Cottage cheese with high fat content - 300 g;
  • Sugar or honey - add to your discretion;
  • Potato starch - if necessary;
  • Egg chicken large - 1 or 2 pcs.

Cooking cheese curd

In the preparation of such a filling there is nothing complicated. In slightly beaten eggs add a little sugar or honey, as well as dry high-fat cottage cheese and poppy seeds. All ingredients are well mixed with a spoon and left aside for ¼ hour. If the filling is too liquid, then a small amount of potato starch is added to it.

To form a cake, the yeast dough is divided into 2 equal parts. They are rolled into not very thick layers. One of them is placed in the greased capacity of the multivark, making small boards.
