Of course, products with fat filling are very gentle and in the mouth they are pleasantly melting, but they are not useful. I would say, they are harmful. On the supermarket shelves a large selection of wafers based on fat fillings. Such fillings are nothing but trans fats. Many manufacturers do not withstand technological norms, and similar fats in the product go off scale. I think, it is not necessary to explain much that because of such a poor-quality product in the human body, excess cholesterol accumulates. In this filling can be added flavors, which benefit the body does not bring. Wafers, the calorie content of which is high, except for harm, excess weight, cholesterol, diseases will not bring anything good, except that two minutes of taste pleasure, until you are reinforced by them.

To negative factors that adversely affect the body when consuming a large number of waffle products, some scientists consider the disease of breast cancer, the risk of developing diabetes. Immunity is lowered from them, excess weight is observed.

So, you should take milk, butter, eggs (all ingredients of the same temperature, in order to better mix). To make a dough, rub the butter, then add the sugar. Eggs separately beat until the formation of foam. Sift flour, add soda, extinguished with a bite, pour into butter, whipped with sugar. The flour should be poured in portions, alternating with milk, stirring constantly. After this, pour the beaten egg into the dough and mix thoroughly again. Such a simple recipe, cooked in your kitchen, at least a little to save the family from the use of trans fats. After all, only your imagination can be cooked here, absolutely any stuff can be prepared, these desserts are enjoyed not only by the kids, but also by the adult inhabitants of the house.
