Japanese diet: 14 days, - and 8 kilograms as never happened

The popularity of a diet depends on the rate of weight loss. Therefore, the most popular today is the Japanese diet. 14 days is the time of its holding, and the result is a loss of 7-8 kilograms. Sometimes the result is a loss of about 4-6 kg. This method of losing weight by Japanese specialists has been developed, and its main goal is to change the metabolism in the body. This will help to preserve the result for a long time (for 2-3 years). But this type of diet should not be used more than twice a year.

The Japanese diet is low-calorie, and its menu includes a minimum amount of carbohydrates, which leads to fat burning for energy.

Note that the Japanese diet, 14 days from which it is necessary to eat exclusively on the menu, does not allow to change products that were previously declared in the diet. Also, it is strictly forbidden to skip at least one day of the course. A person using this type of diet needs to give up salt, bakery products, sweets and alcoholic beverages for two weeks. Moreover, it is more expedient to replace ordinary water with mineral water.

Naturally, the Japanese diet for 14 days, like any other, has its advantages and disadvantages. Among the positive aspects is the elimination of puffiness (which is helped by the restriction of salt intake). But among the shortcomings are the fact that, following the strict requirements of the diet, you will need to have a large supply of fresh fruits, fish and meat.

However, not all so simple. To achieve an optimal result, you will need to comply with certain conditions for its conduct:

  1. In food, use only those products that are indicated in the menu.
  2. Do not change the sequence of days.
  3. Eat about one and a half liters of mineral water every day.
  4. Do not eat salt, sugar, alcohol, flour products and pastries.

The fact is that the exclusion of these foods has a logical explanation. So, sugar causes the appearance of fat folds. The presence of salt in the body contributes to the disruption of the process of removing fluid from it. As for alcoholic beverages, even 100 grams of red wine can destroy all the results achieved. The fact is that it has a negative effect on the exchange processes, leading to their failure. Also, alcohol becomes an obstacle to the removal of toxins from the body.

According to what the Japanese have developed, the Japanese diet (the original) should have such a daily menu:

  1. Rice is 300-400 grams.
  2. Fruits - 150-230 grams.
  3. Fresh vegetables - about 250 grams.
  4. Beans - 60 grams.
  5. Fish - 120 grams.
  6. Milk - 100 ml.
  7. One egg.
  8. Sugar - 2 tsp.

It is the Japanese diet (14 days) in its original form that leads to the achievement of maximum results relative to the loss of excess kilograms. Therefore, Japanese experts recommend choosing it.

Note that now there are many varieties of the menu of this diet. One can last either 1 or 14 days. As a rule, the products include beef and chicken, fresh vegetables (cabbage and carrots), as well as eggs boiled and raw, black coffee.

All salads must be filled with vegetable oil. All the eggs and meat mentioned in the menu must be welded. If eggs are to be eaten raw, this is indicated in each recipe.

Also, experts recommend changing black coffee for green tea, which is enriched with antioxidants and vitamins C and E. Also this drink helps slow down the aging processes of the body and is a preventive against cardiovascular diseases.

In general, the Japanese diet, which needs to strictly adhere to the rules for 14 days, helps to preserve the result for a long time, therefore it has a high degree of popularity. It is considered very effective also because it does not require a complete refusal of food, due to which the feeling of satiety persists for a long time.
