But only a questionnaire when hiring does not give a complete and objective opinion about the abilities of the new employee. In our country, you can easily buy a diploma of education and the primary task of the leadership is to identify such employees or applicants for work in the initial stages, so that they receive some power and authority, they did not make serious mistakes.

The manifestation of carelessness and negligent attitude of the manager during the hiring of a new employee, when an interview is being conducted and a questionnaire is considered for employment, may lead to unpredictable consequences. Having access to material values, negligent workers can inflict significant material damage on the enterprise.

The primary goal of any personnel agency or personnel department of an enterprise is to identify the potential and professional abilities of the candidate, and it is the questionnaire when hiring that can give initial information about the applicant.

Not so long ago, during the hiring process, new employees were selected on the basis of the CVs provided, but cases of improbable information have recently become more frequent. Such a procedure is permissible in large enterprises, where there is own security service, which is responsible for checking the data provided. When submitting a resume, some people try to submit themselves only on the positive side, while masking their shortcomings. And if the questionnaire is filled in when hiring, it allows you to get more complete and believable data about the candidate.

How to fill in the questionnaire correctly when applying for a job.

When completing the questionnaire in order to obtain the desired result, the following rules must be observed:

- ask at once for two copies of the questionnaire, then you will have the opportunity to prepare a draft of the questionnaire and more correctly answer all the proposed questions;

- before the start of filling carefully read all the questions included in the questionnaire;

- make a copy of the completed questionnaire, as you might need it for another company, often the questions are repeated;

- Do not enter the exact name of your profession in advance, as it may slightly differ from what is required in this firm;

- specialty, date and signature are placed only at the time of application to a certain company;

- it will be better if the questionnaire is submitted in hard copy, so that there are no inaccuracies in connection with illegibility of handwriting;

- there should not be any blank columns in the questionnaire;

- if the question does not apply to you, you still answer, for example "there is not", then the employer will understand that you carefully read the questions, and could not miss one of them;

- always have a resume and additional information with you, as in some companies you may be asked to fill out a questionnaire on the spot;

- it is best to fill out the questionnaire at home, in a relaxed atmosphere, in order to get a good understanding of the questions asked and, therefore, to respond as openly and competently as possible to them;

- when sending the questionnaire by mail, put your resume in the envelope and a competent, properly completed cover letter. So you can attract the attention of the employer to your person.
