Shrimp in sauce

To prepare it you will need:

- 1 kg of shrimp;

- 100 g of butter;

- 4 cloves of garlic;

- parsley;

- ground red and black pepper;

- salt.

Preparation:

Throw the prawns in boiling water, season with salt and bring to a boil. After this, cook for about 10 minutes, then cool and clean from the shell.

Then finely chop the garlic and put it into a frying pan, which already has a warmed butter. Lightly fry it, add the previously prepared shrimp, pour the cream and fry it all for 2 minutes. After that, shift the shrimps to a plate.

Thus, in the frying pan you will have a creamy sauce. Add in it red and black pepper, salt and finely chopped parsley. Repeat everything thoroughly and simmer in the frying pan for another minute. 3.

Bring the shrimp back to the pan, take a minute, put it on a dish and serve it on the table.
