Tim Howard began to get involved in football very early. He was noticed by the assistant coach of the junior American team under the age of 17, named Tim Milquinne, when he was in one football camp. He decided to follow the young player, because he seemed very promising.

So, as already said, Tim Howard began his career with the club "North Jersey Imperials." There he played 16 matches, then in 1998 he moved to the New York Metrostars. In this team he spent five years, but played only 88 meetings. By the way, in 1998, almost immediately after the transition, he was rented by FC "MLS Pro-40". But in this club he played only one match.

Success goalkeeper Tim Howard achieved, playing for the famous English club - "Manchester United". There he stayed four years, after which he was noticed by Everton.
