After the spectacular victory over Iraq by Hussein and the "demonstrative beating" of Yugoslavia, the list of military victories somehow went into decline. In other words, none of the tasks set by the government and the president, the US military could not fulfill. Afghanistan, Libya and Syria are actually controlled by armed groups, which are usually called illegal. The most powerful army in the world is powerless in its confrontation with international terrorism. Instead of the notorious "pinpoint strikes", it damages the civilian population, which causes increased resistance. It should be borne in mind that it was the solution of local problems that became a priority for the Pentagon after 1991.

Americans do not want to serve in the armed forces, they are not satisfied with the salaries and risk that soldiers are subjected to. Chinese folk
