The secret and recipe for cooking latte

There are innumerable varieties of coffee in the world, but for the rest of our life we mainly deal with a limited number of them - classic black, espresso and cappuccino. And only rare lucky people have the opportunity to taste a delicious and original grade of coffee called latte, which means "milk". There is nothing better for a full breakfast with such a drink - but not everybody can create it, because the latte preparation recipe includes some subtleties, thanks to which the unique and refined taste of this sort of coffee is manifested .

As one of the ingredients of latte coffee, espresso is served, which is supplemented with milk (in proportions of three to one) with a small foam, and then sprinkled with delicious crumbs of chocolate and giving the drink a piquancy of cinnamon. The preparation of lattes in some cases involves the addition of a wide variety of ingredients that the cooker likes - syrups (caramel, chocolate, vanilla or berry) and their mixtures, nuts and ice cream, whipped cream and some flavored alcoholic drinks (rum and amaretto).

In general, it can be said that from other varieties of coffee latte is distinguished by the composition - exactly the proportions of milk, coffee and whipped milk foam, combined together with some additives. It is the last element that brings variety to the drink, making it more sweet, spicy, bitter or tart. Sugar is rarely given to such a drink, but if someone prefers to drink latte that way, then you can add sugar by a piece - but only before direct consumption.

If you think you know exactly how to prepare a latte correctly, then you probably were not in Italy, where you can create this drink in a thousand combinations, changing only a few additives and their proportions. For example, a wonderful coffee called latte macchiato ("milk with a stain"), prepared from one piece of espresso and three parts of beaten hot milk, which are poured into a special transparent tall glass in layers: milk-coffee-foam from whipped milk. It is on this drink that the masters of the so-called latte-art, the drawings on the upper layer of the latte, practice creating incredibly beautiful patterns on the foam.

Even if you are not ardent fans of coffee of any sort, believe me - this drink is worth a try. And those who can be called a real coffeeman will appreciate this variety, especially if they use the original recipe for latte and create it with their own hands, right up to the drawings on the surface of milk foam.

For example, you can try this delicacy - freshly brewed espresso (100 ml.) Plus not too fatty milk (100 ml.) Plus sugar (4 tablespoons). As an aromatic additive, you can take a bit of ground cinnamon, thanks to which the finished product will acquire a piquant taste and aroma. Milk is best beaten with a mixer (at least half a minute), after which the majority of it is poured over the warm circles, carefully added with a strong espresso, and put the rest of the milk foam on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon, wait until it "melts" a little and start drawing beautiful patterns on it. The main trick, which should be remembered when choosing this recipe for latte preparation, lies in the fact that the espresso in a mug needs to be poured a little, along the wall, not allowing its premature mixing with milk.

Another version of this wonderful drink is latte with chocolate syrup. Ingredients for it: syrup (30 g.), Espresso (60 g.), Milk (45 g.). Chocolate syrup is poured into the coffee cup first, after which freshly brewed coffee is sent there, and then milk, whipped into foam. This recipe for latte preparation does not require ceremonies, as it involves intensive mixing of all products, so that the syrup is mixed with coffee, after which it can be decorated with chocolate chips.
