  1. Malnutrition. Recently, women, following a fashion to keep a diet or even starve, bring themselves to a lamentable state. These fanatical fans of diets, of course, lose weight. Hypoglycemia can be accompanied by such a symptom, as well as severe fatigue, bouts of hunger, palpitations, numbness of the lips. Once you feel bad, eat a little sugar or drink a glass of juice with a sugar content.
  3. Coffee-making. In other words, the addiction to coffee is a very addictive habit for those who drink a lot of cups of coffee a day. And tremor in this case will not only result from the abuse of caffeine, but also an alarming symptom of impending major heart problems.

No matter what your age, if you are nervous, worried - the trembling of the hands will tell you that now you need to calm down, breathe in deeper and exhale. Take care of your nerves!
  5. "Essential tremor." If the above reasons do not apply to you, and your hands are shaking when you hold something in them, not necessarily heavy, then you probably have an "essential tremor". Watch yourself: the trembling is especially strong in the morning, both hands are shaking, but it is worth putting your hands on the table or on your knees, and the trembling is gone - these are all signs of this ailment. Some people try to cope with it by using alcohol, it's unlikely that this can be done in such a way, but it's easy to aggravate.
  6. Side effect of the drug. You are taking some medications, and noticed that it is after they are taken that your hands are shaking. What to do in this case? Look for a similar side effect in the instructions for the drug. This especially applies to antidepressants, thyroid hormones, corticosteroids, psychotropic drugs, which are based on lithium and haloperidol. At the doctor's office, ask for a different medicine.
  7. Parkinson's disease. As a rule, this disease affects people of advanced age and it begins with the tremor of the hands. Consult a doctor immediately.
  8. Excess of copper. You have trembling arms, legs, and in general the entire body, there are violations of speech and coordination - another reason not to postpone the visit to the doctor. These signs may well be signs of a disease called Wilson-Konovalov. It manifests itself in excessive accumulation in the body of copper, which is not excreted. This disease is hereditary, so its origins are sought among ancestors. On hereditary diseases it is better to know everything in advance, so you can prevent them taking the necessary measures.
  9. Problems with the thyroid gland. Not only tremor of hands, but also fatigue, weakness in muscles, increased sweating and thermoneurosis will tell you that your thyroid gland is not all right. Do not neglect your health, do not pay attention to all these symptoms, if the disease starts - you also have diabetes.

If the tremor is a result of high physical exertion or on the basis of nervous experiences, then there is nothing to worry about. However, if you suspect yourself of any illness, consult a doctor.
