The notion of management, which appeared in the 30s of the previous century, means management or management. Achieving the goals allows achieving certain improvements beyond the planning period, but not far from its timeframe. The mission covers unattainable ideals, approaching which is included in the plans of the organization's leadership. The essence and content of management involves the implementation of plans at all levels (through the definition of activities, interrelations between departments, distribution of powers and responsibilities), as well as coordination and monitoring of implementation.

The ability to achieve the goal with minimum costs determines the effectiveness ("efficiency") of the management of the organization as a whole, as well as the basic management tools and each manager at all levels of the organization. The essence and content of management in the market conditions are aimed at solving practical problems that are measured at the stages of planning and evaluating the results that ensure the economic efficiency of the business, as well as helping to strengthen the position of the organization, its products or services in the relevant market segment. To do this, it is necessary to organize a management control process, which ensures that the actual results correspond to the planned ones.

The main organizational methods or management tools are financial and budgetary control, as well as market control mechanisms. That is, finance, budget and marketing are tools that help to influence the business processes of the organization. The essence of financial management is to control the commensurate spending on production and trade activities aimed at the realization of a certain goal, and its financial results. In doing so, calculate and compare the various options for financial investments that allow you to maximize profits with minimal financial costs and financial losses. Financial levers are profit, depreciation, rent, contributions to the authorized capital, discount, dividends and so on. Thus, it can be said that the essence and content of management lies in the effective economic management of an organization that makes it possible to achieve the set goals not in any way but with a minimum of costs and abandon the goals that are not economically justified.
