Management is a word that is used quite often today. What is the essence of management? Many mistakenly believe that this is the same thing as ordinary management and leadership. In fact, everything is much more complicated.

It, in turn, is aimed at achieving in the course of any economic activity of the organization the goals set by its management through the proper use of available labor resources and materials with the use of functions, as well as the predominant principles of economic management

The essence of management is, in fact, not so difficult to understand. Management is the management carried out in the conditions of the market. First of all it means the following:

- the constant striving for the highest results;

- orientation to market needs and demand;

- economic property, which acts as a guarantor of freedom of decision-making.

As an independent type of professional activity, management assumes that the manager (that is, the manager himself) does not depend on the authorized capital of the organization for which he works. The essence of management lies in the fact that the manager does not own the shares and operates solely on the terms of employment. This manager is the subject of a certain professional activity. This means that he has certain skills and practical experience, and also received special training.

Management of production is his organization and definition of prospects. Let's note, both long-term, and short-term prospects are important.

The essence of management is somehow connected with the idea that if you rationally use all available resources, you can achieve maximum results at the lowest cost.

Management has its own economic mechanism. It is directed to solve certain problems that inevitably arise in economic activity in the implementation of technological, socio-economic, socio-political and other tasks.

The described economic mechanism consists of three levels:

- Production Management;

- in-house management;

- personnel Management.

The competence of the manager is largely related to the competence of other employees. Any professional manager should be able to use the knowledge that he and his subordinates have. What are they for? To increase the outlook that will later help to make the right decisions, to outline prospects and competently implement the current management of the organization and its staff.

Yes, the manager is completely dependent on the manager, but his boss should not forget that the person hired by him must constantly feel the master of the situation, otherwise he will not be able to fully realize all the potential that he has. The manager needs to be controlled only indirectly.
