  • Three carcasses of fish;

  • A pair of three large laurel leaves;

  • A pair of one-time bags of black tea;

Start cooking:

  3. Dissolve a liter of boiling water with sugar and salt, drop the sachets of tea, give a couple minutes to pour, cool under the lid.
  4. Pour a mild (!) Brine mackerel, send "live" for a couple of days in the refrigerator.
  5. Get the fish from the brine, wipe with napkins, grease with vegetable oil. Cut into pieces, arrange with rings of pickled onion and serve to the table. Snack mackerel salted (recipe with prunes) is always obtained excellent taste.

Lightly salted mackerel

Try this simple and quick recipe. Mackerel salted slightly prepares in just an hour and a half and on the festive table always enjoys unchanged success. Prepare the fish: remove the tail, head, cut along the backbone along the back, gently (the abdomen must be whole) to clean the intestines and all the bones. Prepare a salty mixture from a pair of st.l. Salt, a couple of three-piece crushed laurel leaves, several crushed peas of pepper, a quarter of a teaspoonful. Sahara. Uniformly layer the fish, wrap in a roll, tightly wrap with parchment, put on a plate and send for 1.5-3 hours in the freezer. It turns out fabulously delicious lightly salted mackerel.
