Tea with ginger, lemon or honey is almost indispensable in resisting all the unpleasant symptoms of colds. This drink will not only be a delicious drink, but also an excellent medicine. Classic ginger tea with cinnamon

This recipe will be an ideal drink in the cold season due to its double warming effect.

Ingredients:

  • Water - 2 liters;
  • Finely ground ginger - 3 tablespoons;
  • Sugar - 6 tablespoons;
  • Lemon (orange) juice - 4 tablespoons;
  • ground black pepper.

Initially, you need to boil water, add ginger, sugar and dissolve it with a spoon. Ready tea is well filtered, add lemon juice and a little pepper to it. Serve hot.

When preparing it, do not forget about some of the nuances.

First, if tea with ginger is prepared as a medicine to treat a cold, then the water with the root should be boiled with the lid open for at least 10 minutes.

Secondly, if you use not fresh ground ginger to prepare the drink, but fresh, then its quantity should be increased exactly twice. Boil this tea should be at least 20 minutes over low heat.

And thirdly, if the final goal of the preparation is a soft drink, then it is necessary to add a little sugar, ice cubes, lemon juice, and mint leaves (finely chopped).

Tea with ginger and honey

Ingredients:

  • The root of ginger - about 10 cm;
  • Water 400 ml;
  • Honey - 3 tablespoons.

Ginger should be well washed, peeled and cut into thin long plates. Lemon is also washed and cut into two parts. From one half it is necessary to squeeze juice, and another cut into small and neat circles.

Ginger plates to send in a saucepan, pour hot water and mix thoroughly. The mixture should be allowed to steep at least 20 minutes (preferably more time), then add lemon slices and honey to it, mix gently, and the ready-made drink can be poured into cups.

Tea with ginger, cinnamon and lemon

Ingredients:

  • Black or green tea;
  • Root of ginger (thinly sliced) - 2 teaspoons;
  • Cinnamon stick;
  • Sugar (you can honey) and lemon to taste.

In the teapot should pour black (green) tea, a stick of cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of ginger. Pour boiling water and let it brew for 10 minutes. Ready-made drink can be poured into cups, lemon and sugar (or honey) to add to taste.
