  • 1 large chicken egg;
  • Wheat flour - pour until thick;
  • Veal without fat - 700 g (for filling);
  • Oil odorless sunflower - 250 ml (for roasting);
  • Bulbs small - 3 pcs. (For filling);
  • Red pepper - ½ spoon (for the filling).

Dough preparation process

To make a quick change, the recipe of which is surprisingly simple, turned out to be soft and lush, it is recommended to use only a yeast base for their preparation. Thus, it is necessary to slightly warm up the fresh milk, pour in the sugar and completely dissolve it. Further in the warm drink it is required to lay out a little granulated yeast and wait for their swelling. After that, the basis should be added chicken egg, iodized salt and wheat flour. As a result, you should get a thick, but soft dough, which is recommended to sustain in the heat for 1 hour.

Process of preparation of a stuffing

Peremyachi in Tatar can be cooked using any meat product. However, we decided to buy only flesh of veal without fat. It is necessary to wash it well, and then grind it in a blender or a meat grinder along with small heads of onions. After the mince is ready, it should be mixed by hand, gradually adding red pepper and iodized salt.
